Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Tarron Creations! We take great care in packaging and shipping your custom 3D prints, specialty filament items, and custom-finished gear safely to your door.

1. Processing & Production Time

  • In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for pre-made items typically process and ship within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because custom 3D printing and hydro-dipping require precise prep, printing, and curing time (including our professional UV- and chemical-resistant clear coats), custom orders generally take 5 to 10 business days to complete before they are ready to ship.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Standard domestic shipping typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your item has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Tarron Creations is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Be sure to also notify us within 48 hours of delivery at tarroncreations@gmail.com or (580)-320-1014 so we can help assist you through the process.
